1. Unopened Products: 14-Day Hassle-Free Returns

  • Any unopened product with its original packaging and tamper-evident safety seal fully intact is eligible for a standard return within 14 days of package delivery.

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer support at service@apisglobal.com, and we will issue a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (a standard return shipping label fee will be deducted; if you choose to receive the refund as Store Credit, the full amount will be credited with zero deductions).

  • Note: Issuing banks and credit card institutions typically take an additional 3–7 business days to post the funds. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days from approval, please contact us for immediate assistance.

2. Opened Bottles: Satisfaction Commitment

  • In accordance with international health regulations and consumer safety standards governing ingestible supplements, products that have been opened, used, or had their safety seals broken cannot be restocked or returned for an original cash refund.

  • Your experience still matters: If you have any dissatisfaction or concerns after opening the product, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Our customer care team will review your situation one-on-one and provide a tailored solution, a replacement, or store credit to ensure your purchase is completely worry-free.

3. Transit Damage & Product Defects (100% Covered by Us)

  • If your product arrives damaged in transit, shows signs of leakage, or contains incorrect items, please take photos and contact our team within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will immediately send a free replacement or issue a 100% refund at zero additional cost or hassle to you.
