7-Day Return Policy: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return: Please contact us at service@apisglobal.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us at service@apisglobal.com.
